This is a 1099 position for subcontracting.

You’ll get paid based on the amount of snow and the properties you service. There is a mandatory $1,000 retainer that you must accumulate before receiving payments. Payments beyond this retainer are disbursed according to the pay schedule listed for each period. Payments will be made through ACH transfers on specific dates.

Hours may vary based on snowfall, including when it begins and when it ends.

Routes are shared with operators one to two hours after the snowfall. This also varies depending on the accumulation. If you complete a route and it snows again, you will be assigned a similar route and compensated as if it were a new route.

Some properties may be larger and require more time; however, this is balanced out over time with smaller properties on other routes. This structure ensures consistency and fairness for all operators throughout the season.
